chrisbeck85 Vince DiCola - Training Montage. It's from the Rocky IV soundtrack. 03/18/2010 - 09:46:59
Tharx89 Whats the song used in this video 03/18/2010 - 08:44:00
roundtree49 Why Hagler was so desparate to fight welterweights like Leonard and Hearns back in '82, I will never know. No middleweight should be calling out welterweights. 03/18/2010 - 05:06:45
hashimgas THIS WAS THE FIGHT MAN I TELL YA... By far My favorite After ALI And FOREMAN 03/18/2010 - 02:43:03
TommyGun7111 close fight if i had to pick a winner, it'd be Leonard BY A THIN MARGIN... He stuck to his game plan. Leonard was still the shit :) 03/18/2010 - 01:44:22
amfetamat Anybody know what musikk it is??? Thanks 03/17/2010 - 20:57:22

Piglatinsuperstar Th wins 94% of his fights bowling over has beens at 147 Barkley wasnt a has been that why he didnt get bowled over besides, the media said Tommy was much improved, similar to comparing Joe Louis in Schmeling 1 & 2 and no, Leonard has never stopped Duran. who do you think youre kidding? Duran wasnt even hurt! if they fought 10 times Leonard wouldnt stop him. it was mental stress from fighting a clown in boxing trunks on top of taking off 40 pounds in a hurry 03/17/2010 - 07:18:40
Tfuchure @thdiller This thread is all over the place....lol. "Styles make fights", anyone ever hear of that cliche?? IMHO, Hagler "could" have won the fight vs Leonard....but alas he started sp, and it should have been 15 rds....Can you imagine? I loved them all because I'm in their generation. What do we have now? PM/SSM is/were definitely on the big S, but then again all 3 including pbf are great fighters. IMO, I never saw PM bless/cross himself sooo many x in 1 fight vs Clotttey....why? 03/17/2010 - 06:29:37
thdiller How many years was Hearns #1 #4# AFTER he left 147? TH wins 94% of his fights at 147 by KO before fighting the greatest of his era. Then moves up to 154 and goes undefeated for 3 1/2 years! Above 154, he gets stopped 3 times (twice KOd COLD). Obviously he shouldn''t have left 154 as he never did anything above - he couldn't even last 3 with Barkley! SRL faced the better version of Hearns and Duran - even stopping Duran! Old, fat, out of shape Duran comes within a round of beating Hagler!! 03/17/2010 - 01:24:28
Piglatinsuperstar Hey Ray, ever consider fighting a live body for once? 03/16/2010 - 17:12:19
Piglatinsuperstar Here's a another thing: It took Ray 14 to do what Hagler did in 3 I wouldnt get excited over a split dec either. Ryan quotes Ray "Sugar Ray said he was counting on the slowness of hagler, said that he lost a lot of speed " You people seem to keep "overlooking" this one sad fact to be a legend, one must continually be proving themselves. Once he terminated the play acting and decided to fight, it was time to face some stiff comp instead of going on a remedial boxing tour He's a joke 03/16/2010 - 11:23:31
Piglatinsuperstar What a stupid thing to say! First of all. Leonard's been downed by every Tom Dick and Harry out there AND... Legends dont end their careers on a mediocre 36--3-1 record Legends dont get blown out by 3-1 underdogs like Norris If he's a legend let him prove it. You dont prove it fighting shells but LIVE oppostion The way I figure it, it Leonard were half the fighter you say he is (a legend) he would have had no problem with that guy 03/16/2010 - 11:11:43
BringerOfTheTruth Wtf are u talking about Ray defended his welterweight title plenty. Who cares abouts roys 2000 boring defenses against bums anyway. 03/16/2010 - 07:55:05
roquefort88888 LMAO at 3:03 ! So sad that Hager could never accept his defeat. It's all very well to say stuff like you could've fought another 12 rounds, but it's what you couldn't do that was crucial - you couldn't knock him down. Leonard v Hagler - when a great fighter meets a legend, the legend wins. 03/16/2010 - 02:44:34
sje1964 I don't dispute Pryors credentials, the point I was making is it's hard to believe SRL ducked Pryor and fought RD and TH. BTW I would pick SRL to beat Pryor in a close fight. 03/15/2010 - 22:39:46
Piglatinsuperstar I dont know sje; a lot of people said Aaron had little chance against the great Arguello and he demolished him I think the fight was a natural and Aaron was just peaking. Not only that but he was moving up just one division as opposed to Duran's two. I think Aaron would have driven leonard crazy 03/15/2010 - 04:19:14
sje1964 I still can't believe that people say SRL ducked Pryor when he went ahead and fought Duran and Hearns both of whom would have beaten Pryor as pros. 03/14/2010 - 21:36:43
Piglatinsuperstar bott why u repeating yourself? I can see your message already, dont need to see it twice let's get back to the ducker Ray Leonard. Why dont leonard make any defenses? Roy Jones make defenses of his other titles. Ray Leonard don't. Culd it be becuz he is inferior? I think so. Gr8 fighters arent afraid of making defenses. A. Arguello always made defenses whenever he moved up. How come Ray leonard dont? Roy Jones do 03/14/2010 - 17:33:22
BringerOfTheTruth Ah he had a "mandatory" at LHW..suuure. IT doesnt makes sense and it doesnt add up. Even if it was so, he could still have fought lewis instead. And why not stay in HW ? it's where the money is. U think Spinks were dreaming of moving back ? U think holyfield was ? And beating 500 bums is not doing more with his titles.. Truth is, he was afraid of Lewis or any legitimate HW..So he dared only fighting ruiz. Was afraid of any real challenge so fought 500 bums. Yep..truth does hurt. Tur 03/14/2010 - 13:25:17

Piglatinsuperstar already told you; you just didnt accept my answer. The truth always hurts besides, Roy is a overachiever. he did more with his titles than Ray Leonard ever did. Where Roy would make defenses, Leonard wouldnt becuz the opposition wasnt soft enough that's why you see 0 defenses @ 154. Zero @160. Zero @168 I never believed leonard was 175 pound champ or that he had 5 titles so i wont mention 175 03/14/2010 - 06:52:36
BringerOfTheTruth Pig has no comment on why RJJ didnt fight Lewis instead of Ruiz.. But he dont have to explain, we all know the reason : he scared. iStay winning. 03/14/2010 - 05:52:38

Piglatinsuperstar yes it's true lalonde was a joke. yes it's true Ray feared Nunn. yes it's true he failed against norris and was embarassed and yes it's true it was te SPEED that beat him! Let me make this perfectly clear FRIEND: Ray Leonard is no Roy Jones Jr. He never was and never will be. Go that FRIEND? 03/13/2010 - 18:00:39
